Email Agent Terms of Service

Email Agent is a private, personal-use utility designed to help the authorized user manage their own Gmail account.
Authorized use
The application is intended only for use by the account owner who has explicitly authorized access through Google OAuth. It is not offered as a public email-management service.
User control
The user controls which Gmail permissions are granted and which mailbox actions Email Agent is configured to perform. The user may revoke Google Account access at any time.
Automated actions
Email Agent may automatically organize, label, archive, or move messages according to rules configured by the user. Automated classifications may occasionally be incorrect, so important mailbox actions should be configured with appropriate safeguards.
No warranty
Email Agent is provided for personal use without warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Email Agent’s functionality changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
